The role of the GLN Contracting Associate Manager is to support France business by being responsible for the legal reviews assigned to her/him facing the Clients, business team and the legal onshore team.

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide Contracting support to the business in respect of the most demanding deals as follows:

a) Review, draft and negotiate complex work. 

b) Advises senior company leadership on legal risks:

• Represent company’s interests and interface directly with client negotiating teams.

• Strategize with senior company executives prior to client negotiations.

• Structure client transactions to be most advantageous from a contracting and business perspective.

• Advise and consult senior company executives, from business or other corporate functions, based on accurate interpretation of contract documents and the elements of a business opportunity.

• Counsel, guide, train and support more junior members of the GLN Contracting team.

• Provide prompt legal advice to more junior members of the GLN Contracting team that may be required during the daily course of business

• Ability to take decisions and communicate appropriately both to business teams and GLNPs

• Apply the internal GLN reporting process, including reporting required by Team Lead/ Area Lead

• Ability to address contract discussions/negotiations, both internal and external with minor escalations

• Actively participate to GLN trainings and initiatives

• Achieve accreditation in all service lines included in local GLN scope following priorities set by Team Lead/Area Lead.
