PRINCIPAL SCOPE
Develop and maintain CRM applications, ensures that the implementation will be delivered in time and at high quality

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Develop application using Oracle SQL, PL SQL
Participates in the analysis and design of the systems ensuring that the designed solutions comply with the requirements specified by the beneficiaries.
Participates in the configuration of the required applications to ensure the design and implementation of solutions that meet the specified technical, organizational and business requirements.
Will be responsible for the integration of the delivered solution in the existing operational systems to ensure the compatibility of the new application, its optimal operation, and its efficient and operative use.
Monitors the efficiency of the operation of different application systems to identify potential critical issues and propose appropriate solutions to improve their response time and availability.
Carries out activities related to the stabilization, standardization and optimization of the managed application, to guarantee their proper, accurate and efficient functioning.
Proactively managing and monitoring execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner
Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the project level
Creates and maintains on going applications documentation low level design, high level design documents



Qualifications

Needed
Good knowledge Oracle SQL, PL SQL min 3 years experience
Understanding of software development process lifecycle waterfall or agile
Good communication skills
Analytical proactive person
Very Good usage of Excel Word Powerpoint
English speaking

Nice to have
Telecommunication industry and systems awareness
Systems integration and interactions awareness
