Key Responsibilities

  • Attending meetings and workshops with the client to understand requirements, challenges, and risks.
  • Developing technology solutions in cooperation with various technology teams using existing industry standards and best practices.
  • Creating support documentation for the delivered services with adherence to client s processes and procedures.
  • Active participation in Messaging MS Exchange and collaboration MS Teams, UMS, Mobile device migration projects.
  • Collaboration in design and deployment of the pilot and production environment, with test coordination and implementation.
  • Developing technology solutions in cooperation with various technology teams using existing industry standards and best practices.
  • Acting as technical escalation and Subject Matter Expert SME for messaging and collaboration platform.


Qualifications

Role Requirements

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in operations of MS Exchange in Enterprise environments.
  • Enterprise level experience in service transformation and migration.
  • Good knowledge of planning, provisioning and migration of messaging and collaboration environments.
  • Knowledge of web database is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Windows messaging and collaboration services.
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of general and security requirements in the banking environment is a plus.
  • Good coordination skills, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environment.
  • Flexibility for international travelling.
  • Have good verbal communication skills English in both technical and non technical communications.
