Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Qualifications

Title: Application Support Engineer Job Overview: The Application Support Engineer will play a critical role in the HA SOCC deal, providing expert technical support and engineering solutions for our advanced application and cloud services. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a deep understanding of cloud technologies, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.to provide a dynamic service to ensure system stability and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and reliability. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures. - Participate in the design and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades. Professional & Technical Skills: - Additional Good To Have Skills: Server Operating Systems x86. - Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proven experience in application support and cloud services. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 1 year of experience in Microsoft SQL Server. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
