AI Strategy & GTM Advisors
As an AI Transformation Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating and delivering on the vision of an AI transformation. You will guide and lead the execution of AI transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Expected to be a subject matter expert, you will collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams will be a critical part of your role.
- Develop comprehensive AI transformation roadmaps that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Support and mentor colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team capabilities.
- Analyze complex challenges and design innovative solutions that drive efficiency and value across multiple teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to influence and shape AI strategies, ensuring successful adoption and integration.
- Continuously evaluate emerging trends and technologies to recommend improvements and maintain competitive advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture is required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Organizational Design, Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI & Data Platforms Strategy, and AI Adoption is suggested, along with advanced proficiency in AI & Data Operating Model.
