The Accenture - Reinvention Services - Industry & Process Reinvention Engine - Global Network - Song - Service is aligned with the Accenture Song Reinvention Partner. Song is the world’s largest tech powered creative group, and this team works with clients to drive enhanced realization of value across their Service function by delivering engagements across 5 pillars - Service Strategy & Advisory, Service Experience Design, Service Operating Model, Platforms & Human and Agentic Operations. This role is aligned to the Service Strategy & Advisory offering, and within, the Center of Value Excellence (COVE).

COVE is a future ready value realization offering helping enterprises connect strategy, operations, customer experience and AI led transformation to financial outcomes. Our work combines strategy, customer service transformation, AI-enabled operations, analytics and decision intelligence, operating model design, governance, and enterprise-wide value realization. Roles & Responsibilities:

As an analyst, you will support enterprise transformation, customer service modernization, and value realization programs across a range of industries and clients.

You will work closely with experienced consulting and transformation leaders to analyze business problems, support operational assessments, develop insights and recommendations, and contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives.

You will gain exposure to customer service transformation, enterprise operations, AI-enabled transformation, analytics and decision intelligence, and value realization strategy.

As part of this, your responsibilities include –

Analysis & Problem Solving:

  • Conduct operational and financial analyses to support transformation programs.
  • Support KPI and performance assessments across client engagements.
  • Assist with process mapping and operational evaluations.
  • Support business case development and value tracking for transformation initiatives.

Client Delivery:

  • Support the team by preparing presentations and workshop materials for client engagements
  • Coordinate stakeholder inputs and project deliverables across workstreams

Transformation Support:

  • Support customer service and AI-enabled transformation initiatives across client engagements
  • Analyze operational workflows and performance drivers to identify improvement areas
  • Assist in identifying value creation opportunities and operational risks for client programs

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, analytics, operations, or transformation
    • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage client teams

    • Structured and logical problem-solving ability, with strong attention to detail
