Product Management Consultant

WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Product Management Consultant, you will contribute to the delivery of large-scale digital transformation and product innovation programs, helping clients shape and execute modern, scalable product and platform strategies. You will play a key role in bridging business objectives with technology execution, ensuring that digital solutions are aligned with user needs, enterprise priorities, and long-term strategic goals.
Operating in complex, cross-functional environments, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, designers, engineers, and QA teams to support the successful delivery of high-quality digital products. Your work spans across product strategy, delivery alignment, and stakeholder engagement within Agile / SAFe delivery models.
A key part of your contribution lies in shaping how organizations adopt and leverage modern technologies such as cloud platforms, APIs, DevOps practices, and data-driven architectures to enable digital transformation at scale. In parallel, you support delivery governance, structured documentation, and client-facing communication to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistent execution across programs.
Responsibilities
Own workstreams or modules within large transformation or digital delivery programs
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment across vision, scope, and execution
Lead product roadmap definition, release planning, and delivery governance
Mentor analysts and junior team members on delivery, analysis, and stakeholder management
Contribute to client discussions, steering committee updates, and executive reporting
Support pre-sales, proposals, solution shaping, and consulting thought leadership
Skills & Experience
4–8 years of experience across product management, project management, and/or business analysis
Strong hands-on experience with Agile Scrum and SAFe frameworks
Proven expertise in requirement management, backlog grooming, defect tracking, and release management
Solid technical understanding of:
Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – conceptual to hands-on)
DevOps and CI/CD concepts
APIs, integrations, and microservices (functional understanding)
Databases and data flows (DBMS concepts)
Experience in using project and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha, MS Project)
Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (Confluence)
Experience working with UX/UI tools (Figma, Balsamiq, or equivalent)
Strong client-facing communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
