Core Banking Delivery Lead
Responsabilidades
- Liderar la entrega end-to-end y la evolución del core banking sobre Temenos Transact/T24.
- Gestionar backlog, priorización y planificación de entregables (cambios/evolutivos y correcciones).
- Coordinar y asegurar cumplimiento de SLAs y operación AMS/Soporte L2–L3 (cuando aplique).
- Orquestar incidentes críticos (triage, war-room, RCA, planes de remediación y comunicación ejecutiva).
- Alinear expectativas y comunicar avances con stakeholders de negocio y tecnología (status, riesgos, dependencias).
- Gestionar releases, ventanas de despliegue, pruebas, y coordinación con integraciones (APIs/middleware).
- Promover mejores prácticas de operación y delivery (Agile/ITIL), calidad y control de cambios.
- Experiencia comprobable en Temenos Transact / T24 en contexto bancario.
- Conocimiento funcional/operativo de core banking: cuentas, pagos, créditos (idealmente más de un dominio).
- Experiencia en delivery / backlog management y coordinación de entregas con múltiples equipos.
- Gestión de stakeholders (negocio + IT) y capacidad de comunicación clara ante escenarios críticos.
- Experiencia en operación/soporte (idealmente AMS / L2–L3) y manejo de SLAs.
