S&C - Retail Consulting Manager

Responsibilities:
Lead consulting projects in the retail industry, focusing on the supply chain/finance/data functions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integration and functionality.
Provide support and training to end users.
The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others in the office where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in consulting in the retail industry.
Solid understanding of processes (demand, supply, sales, inventory).
Knowledge and experience in Finance and/OR Data projects.
Skilled on technology and mainly in CRM solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Degree in Business Administration or similar.
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
