Job Summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled and passionate SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to work from our offices located in Lisbon, Braga, and Coimbra. Applicants must have experience in SAP solutions.

Selected candidates will take part in SAP projects for global & leading companies across Europe.

Responsabilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions

  • Provide technical & functional support across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession Planning and Time

  • Optimize HR workflows, reporting, and integrations to enhance efficiency

  • Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to drive digital transformation

Qualifications:

  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support

  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices

  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors configuration, role-based permissions, and reporting tools

  • Experience with SAP integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions (a plus)

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (highly preferred)

  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

  • Familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions & integration
