We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Cloud Engineers to join our team. The candidate will be passionate about leveraging Microsoft technologies and the Azure ecosystem to design, implement, and manage modern workplace solutions that empower organizations to thrive in today's digital landscape. As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in architecting and deploying cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services to enable seamless collaboration, productivity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture: Design and architect modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft technologies and the Azure ecosystem, including Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, and related services.
Infrastructure Deployment: Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure components, such as virtual machines, networks, storage, and security services, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
Application Integration: Integrate and configure Microsoft and third-party applications within the modern workplace environment, ensuring seamless interoperability and user experience across devices and platforms.
Identity and Access Management: Implement robust identity and access management solutions using Azure Active Directory, including user provisioning, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and compliance standards to safeguard sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance within the modern workplace environment, leveraging Azure security services and features.
Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance and reliability of modern workplace solutions, leveraging Azure monitoring and analytics tools to identify and address issues proactively.
Automation and Scripting: Develop automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other scripting languages to streamline deployment, management, and maintenance tasks within the modern workplace environment.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, security, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, define solutions, and drive successful outcomes.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create detailed documentation, runbooks, and best practice guides to document design decisions, configurations, and procedures related to modern workplace solutions, and share knowledge with internal teams and stakeholders.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and best practices in Microsoft technologies, cloud computing, and modern workplace management, and continuously enhance skills and expertise through self-learning and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications
Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing workstation deployment, productivity platforms, cloud-based solutions, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and the Azure ecosystem.
Strong knowledge or expertise in Microsoft 365 and Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, Azure Security Center, and Azure Monitor.
Experience with identity and access management solutions, including Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and Azure AD Conditional Access.
Familiarity with modern workplace management concepts, including remote work, hybrid environments, and digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in cloud-based environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
