Procurement Operations - Payment on Time Senior Analyst

Role responsibilities:

Within the Gallia Procurement Plus team, you will work on the Payment on Time (POT) project for the Gallia region.

Under the Gallia Procurement Project Manager supervision, you will:

• Work closely with the Finance Team on late payment escalations

• Train the requesters and approvers to improve the behavior and reduce delayed approvals

• Contact requesters and approvers by email, Teams and phone to approve invoices

• Contact the suppliers to get additional information and explain them the right process to avoid delayed invoices

• Escalate issues to the Gallia Procurement Plus Manager
