PMO Procurement Process & Risk

Job Description

You will integrate the Procurement Team for the Gallia Region (7 countries and more than 20 people). Under the responsibility of the Procurement Transformation & Risk Lead Gallia you will have to manage different transverse Procurement projects around Risk compliance, tools & processes.

The first and main mission will be to monitor Payment On Time metrics and related projects.

Payment On Time % is a Global key Procurement metric, to measure our ability to pay Suppliers within the agreed payment terms (and respecting local regulation).

As Payment On Time project lead, you will be in charge of the following activities:

  • Team lead for Chasing Activity
    • Lead a team of 2 FTE acting as Invoice Approval Chasers (& users support)
    • Monitor chasing activity & team performance via Celonis tool
    • Act as escalation point for your team to handle/unblock complex cases

  • Missing Requestor identification
    • Act as escalation point when Account Payable team (India) is not able to identify appropriate invoice requestor/approver
    • Collaborate closely with Sourcing Category leads to understand Procurement organization, Sourcing category segmentation & identify main Gallia stakeholders
    • Collaborate with various Gallia stakeholders and build strong network

  • Monthly POT analysis
    • Identify suppliers negatively impacting our POT metric, find the relevant root cause and set-up appropriate action plans
    • Monitor action plan progress month after month until total completion
    • Provide clear reporting to the management team

  • Strategy
    • Proactively propose new ideas and initiatives to keep improving Gallia POT %
    • Follow-up & coordinate each initiative until completion
    • Collaborate to the bi-annual and annual POT analysis and restitution (for leadership)
    • Collaborate to build the FY POT Gallia strategy

You may also assist Gallia Transformation & on other projects.

  • Finance or Procurement background will be appreciated
