Supply Chain & Operations team is looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will possess the technical expertise to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights that drive supply chain efficiency and performance. This role requires a combination of data analysis skills and domain knowledge in supply chain to help optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and optimize operations.
- Create dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to present actionable insights.
Supply Chain Optimization:
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve inventory management and procurement strategies.
- Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs to enhance performance and reduce costs.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
- Automate data processes and ensure data quality and compliance.
- Continuously improve data collection and reporting methods to support supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on supply chain management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data-driven solutions to complex supply chain challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their application in supply chain analytics.
