◆ミッション
クライアントとのコミュニケーションを通して現場起点での課題を洗い出し、解決（変革）へと導くプロジェクトマネジメント～コンサルテーションを実行するのがミッションです。
オペレーションとコンサルティングの中間の高付加価値型のサービス支援を実施いただきます。
難易度の高い大規模プロジェクトに参画することでき、自身のスキルを高めながらプロジェクト推進の先導役を担えます。
◆具体的な業務内容
・プロジェクト管理プロセスの導入定着業務
・プロジェクトの全体計画立案の支援、および推進業務
・企画、要件定義フェーズでは業務設計、改善提案などの提案活動も担って頂きます。
※プロジェクトの種類は、ご経験と培ってこられたスキル・バックグラウンド、及びご本人のキャリア志向に合わせて決定いたします。

◆対象領域
国内外問わず全業界。業務領域はSI領域を中心に、人事、財務経理、生命保険、調達、営業・マーケティング、企画・R&D含む業務、IT、各インダストリーコア業務の全業務が対象。
◆必須要件 下記いずれか該当する経験をお持ちの方
・SIerでのSE/PM/PMO経験をお持ちの方
・大手企業グループIT子会社でのSE/PM/PMO経験をお持ちの方
・事業会社システム部門での企画/管理経験、ソリューション導入時の管理経験をお持ちの方
・システム導入・開発プロジェクトでのプロジェクトマネージャー/プロジェクトリーダー経験
・コンサルティング会社でのクライアントサービス経験
・大規模プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
◆歓迎要件
・システム導入もしくは業務改革プロジェクトにおける実務経験
・Excel、VBAマクロ、Access等を活用した業務の型化、効率化における経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
