お客様のCxOレベルとの議論を通じて、モノづくりの将来像を共に考え、課題解決のための提案を行います。デジタル技術や先進手法を活用して、製造業のお客様の業務改革、組織再編、デジタルトランスフォーメーション、グローバルトランスフォーメーションなどの変革を幅広く支援します。
お客様企業の経営層との議論を通じて、モノづくりの将来像を共に考え、課題解決のための提案を行います。デジタル技術や先進手法を活用して、製造業のお客様の業務改革、組織再編、デジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)、グローバルトランスフォーメーションなどの変革を幅広く支援します。また、新たな市場創出に向けた技術動向の調査や、ビジネスモデルやソリューション群の構築行います。
◆業務内容
・全社DX戦略の策定
・新事業/製品開発の企画立案
・戦略実現のためのシステム/データアーキテクチャ策定
・DXを推進するための組織/人材設計・育成
・デジタルを活用したバリューチェーン改革の立ち上げ
・お客様の課題を解決するための提案～案件化
・新規サービス立上げ
◆応募要件
＜下記いずれかに該当する方＞
・製造業における戦略・業務コンサルティング経験
・事業企画や新規ビジネス企画の5年以上の経験
・提案型のソリューション営業に関する7年以上の経験
・デジタル・テクノロジー関連のトレンドや仕事の進め方への理解
