Job Description

Develop domain and analytics expertise to deliver business value to the client. Utilize broad set of analytical/statistical tools and techniques to improve client's processes. Provide quantitative and qualitative strategic business insight, aid decision making to maximize revenue, reduce costs, and optimize processes.

What responsibilities will you have?

  • Apply expertise in specific business process capabilities

    • Execute business processes and deliver services to meet defined service levels and key performance indicators

    • Customer/Client Relationship Management

    • Analyze and design business processes

    • Provide inputs to the existing client business model to help identify opportunities and savings

  • Financial Management

    • Manage end-to-end financial reporting and Financial Planning & Analysis perform variance analysis, commentary and business liaison budget and forecast

  • Deliverable Quality Management and Creation

    • Review project deliverables for completeness and quality and with compliance with established project and industry standards

    • Provide analysis to deliver business outcomes to client

  • Drive continuous improvement

    • Identify new and existing opportunities through transformation programs like six-sigma across various functions to create and enhance value to clients and business processes; develop/help to implement recommendations to achieve continuous improvement objectives

  • Ensure consistent service delivery

    • Provide guidance and share knowledge relating to area of expertise with teams to promote consistent operations, efficient use of resources and implementation of best practices

  • People Development and Management

    • Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization (foster relationships, resolve conflicts, etc.)

  • Team Project/Support Management

    • Effective project management skills

    • Provide accurate and useful project reports or issues status reports

    • Work with team members to enhance their business knowledge

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience (BPO Industry is an advantage)

  • And/or experience in Financial services (Capital Market/Banking/Insurance) or Supply Chain Business

  • Senior Stakeholder management

  • Exposure to People Management and global work environment

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree Holder or any equivalent
