Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Data Integration.
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, and synchronization techniques within complex software environments.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies to facilitate seamless data flow.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively to maintain system reliability.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative delivery.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement integration solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in O9 Data Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
