- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and user experience.
- Document development processes and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Familiarity with component-based architecture and reusable code practices within Adobe Experience Manager.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive user experiences.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues within AEM environments to maintain system stability.
- Knowledge of integrating Adobe Experience Manager with backend services and APIs for dynamic content delivery.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
