Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The engineer applies modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to continuously improve and adapt solutions that meet evolving business requirements, ensuring high performance and reliability throughout the software lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security, SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Security concepts, roles, and authorizations.
- Experience in designing and implementing security policies within SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues in SAP systems.
- Familiarity with SAP system architecture and integration points related to security.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Security.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
