Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques within Anaplan.
- Experience in customizing software solutions to meet diverse business process requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Familiarity with integration methods and data management within Anaplan environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Anaplan.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
