As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to diagnose complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical support requests.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on debugging and troubleshooting software applications.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining application performance and reliability.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impacts.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
