Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires careful planning of neural network configurations and managing extensive datasets to ensure the models perform effectively. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals, continuously refining architectures to enhance performance, and overseeing the integration of these models into broader applications. Attention to detail and innovative thinking are essential to develop solutions that push the boundaries of natural language processing technology.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of model design with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve model architectures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Document design decisions and model specifications to support knowledge sharing and future development.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with designing and tuning neural network parameters for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art architectures in language modeling and their practical applications.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements based on findings.
- Knowledge of integrating language models into production environments and ensuring scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
