As a Data Science Practitioner, a typical day involves formulating, designing, and delivering artificial intelligence and machine learning based decision-making frameworks and models aimed at driving impactful business outcomes. The role requires continuous evaluation and measurement of the value generated by these solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position demands a thoughtful approach to problem-solving and innovation, with a focus on creating scalable and effective models that support strategic decision-making across various business functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical models to address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning and growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of data science solutions into business processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in data science such as Python or R.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for deploying machine learning models.
- Competence in interpreting model results and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
