Marketing Data Management Senior analyst

Main responsibilities
This person will be in charge of data management within client's marketing campaigns, for this he or she must perfectly understand the briefings that define the campaign, in order to be able to track the data from the creation of the target group in the company's global CRM systems, ensure that this segmentation is correct in the different countries and be able to manage with the global systems the possible changes or new needs that arise Require.
You will need to have a thorough understanding of client's full CRM data flow in order to help different countries in their processes of switching to global systems.
Communicate with people from other European countries to understand the briefing of the campaigns and to be able to contribute their knowledge in the flow of information.
Definition, creation and maintenance of data flows on client’s campaigns.
Ensure that data collection procedures are aligned with the relevant rules and guidelines for different campaigns.Assess potential problems in defining new systems or interfaces.
Prepare the summaries of the technical meetings in order to carry out the monitoring of the project.

Skills, experience and qualifications required
Possess a technical university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, etc.
Experience in relational databases, both in terms of definition and data maintenance.
Proficiency in SQL language, including writing statements and creating complex procedures.
Experience with database environments (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
Experience in interacting with IT professionals.
Ability to track projects, summarize meetings, etc.
Analytical skills to identify potential issues.
Experience in system migration is an asset.
Participation in UAT is valued.
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Data Cloud is an asset.
Experience in marketing, having worked on processes related to campaigns, is valued.
High level of English.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
