Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements, guiding the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the organization. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Your role will require you to manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
