Summary:
As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and establishing both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to project or product requirements. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline processes and automating the creation and configuration of environments. The position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient platform operations, supporting the overall technology infrastructure and enabling smooth project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of automation strategies to improve environment setup efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align platform capabilities with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding.
- Monitor and optimize cloud environment performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and environment provisioning.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting for environment configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of platform security best practices and compliance requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
