You will join a global technology team supporting large enterprise customers, providing advisory and technical expertise for organizations running or transitioning to hybrid Microsoft environments.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who is comfortable working across both cloud and on-premises layers and enjoys solving complex, cross-platform problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support migrations and transitions, including on-premises to Exchange Online, cross-tenant moves, and decommissioning of legacy Exchange servers
  • Resolve complex incidents, performing root cause analysis and driving escalations to closure
  • Advise on email security and protection (Exchange Online Protection, Defender for Office 365, SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and customer-facing reports
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and escalation teams and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise IT environments, including consulting or customer-facing delivery
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, particularly Exchange Online
  • Proven hands-on experience with Exchange hybrid deployments and Exchange Server administration
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and PKI/certificate management
  • Good understanding of hybrid identity and directory synchronization, plus authentication fundamentals (Kerberos, NTLM, OAuth, SAML)
  • Experience with PowerShell and Exchange Management Shell for administration, diagnostics, and automation
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, including analysis of logs, message tracing, and network/mail flow diagnostics
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage customer expectations
  • Fluent English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-203, AZ-800/AZ-801, SC-300, or AZ-104
  • Experience with large-scale or complex migrations (staged, hybrid, cross-forest, tenant-to-tenant)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, or Intune in hybrid scenarios
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, networking fundamentals, and load balancing in messaging environments
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident/problem management
  • Experience in a global support, advisory, or managed services organization
  • German or other European language skills (a plus)

What We Offer
