Responsibilities:

Project management & scheduling: Plan, control, and monitor large-scale infrastructure projects with a focus on schedule, cost, and quality

Stakeholder management: Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and manage interfaces between clients, authorities, and service providers

PMO methods & tools: Use and further develop digital project management tools to ensure efficient steering and documentation

Reporting & communication: Prepare status reports, organize workshops and meetings, and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders
What You Bring:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
Initial experience in project management or project scheduling, ideally within infrastructure or energy projects
Knowledge of project management standards
Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Willingness to travel occasionally
Nice to Have:
Experience with large-scale energy infrastructure projects
Hands-on knowledge of modern scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
