Job duties of this Role:
Oversee end-to-end project management to ensure on-time delivery, within defined scope and budget.
Coordinate and align internal teams (both onshore and offshore), stakeholders, and vendors for seamless project execution.
Identify, track, and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams in system implementation projects.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and performance.
Proactively identify, assess, and resolve complex project risks and issues in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
Come JOIN US if you have:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in system implementation projects, preferably within IT consulting.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex system implementation projects involving several thousand man-days.
Experience managing ERP/ Finance System projects is a plus.
Strong background in project management, solution planning, and project delivery.
Proficient in both traditional Waterfall and modern Agile/iterative methodologies.
Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PSM, or CSM are preferred.
