Accenture’s Banking Strategy & Consulting team is seeking professionals to help deliver large-scale AI transformation programs. As part of this initiative, you will work with leading banks to design and implement Agentic AI and GenAI solutions that fundamentally reshape how banking operations function. You’ll play a key role in process analysis, business analysis, and defining the user stories and requirements that drive impactful digital change.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead or significantly contribute to AI-enabled transformation programs within banking clients.
Drive end-to-end business and process analysis and design future-state operating models.
Translate complex business challenges into structured AI use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
Lead workshops and discussions with senior banking stakeholders to define strategy and solution direction.
Oversee project delivery activities, ensuring alignment across teams, quality standards, and timelines.
Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of AI solutions.
Mentor junior team members and support capability building within the team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering from a top university.
4–8 years of experience in consulting, banking, or large-scale transformation programs.
Strong expertise in process redesign, business analysis, and digital transformation.
Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior level.
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
Strong understanding or hands-on exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven transformation.
Deep domain knowledge in banking operations (Commercial Lending, KYC, Payments, Custody) is a strong advantage.
