As part of Data & AI practice, you will combine AI & ML with data, analytics and automation under a bold strategic vision to transform business in a very pragmatic way, sparking digital metamorphoses. You will be part of a global team of data scientists, data engineers, and experts in AI & ML, who are highly collaborative taking on today’s biggest, most complex business challenges across a range of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance search, content analytics, and generative AI applications using modern technologies.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.

  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications.

  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for the applications and their components.

  • Feel comfortable working hands on on any layer of the application stack: User Interface, middleware, backend, data store.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

• Integrate large language models to applications:

  • Build, train, and fine tune LLMs to improve performance, accuracy and alignment of the general-purpose models.

  • Develop and integrate LLMs and/or LLM applications into products and services. Design, develop, and optimize Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompts.

• Solve organizational problems for the client by analyzing requirements, providing valuable market research linked insights and developing tools and processes to aid decision making.
