WORK YOU’LL DO
As a CRM Senior Business Analyst, you will work directly with the client in an Accenture team, assisting the client in their CRM transformation journey. You will gather requirements to analyze, design and test technology solutions that focus on creating Business Value, amazing User Experience and exceptional Product Quality. In doing so you will take pivotal roles in project IT delivery and be part of a team that uses various delivery techniques, such as Agile.
Work with client’s technical and business stakeholders and end users to understand their business needs, identify and document their day-to-day and strategic challenges and objectives.
Drive discussions and provide consultation around technology transformation and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.
Analyze, discuss and document new functionalities.
Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology/business requirements.
Assess and evaluate business processes to identify areas of improvements, define/propose potential business and technology solutions to enhance business performance.
Support the development team by writing concise specifications and resolving ambiguities in a timely fashion.
Support quality technical delivery by writing test cases and/or conducting acceptance testing as necessary.
Be part of a team that ensures the smooth delivery of the project under the agreed plan while leveraging your specialist’s expertise and business knowledge.
Work as part of the CRM Platform Team consisting of functional and technical experts, solution architects, and developers’ team.
