WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Strategy & Consulting Consultant, you will use your excellent analytical skills and imagination to solve the business problems of our clients within the Energy/ Utilities/ Resources industries and identify and unlock value for them through the innovative application of key digital trends and business and technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Engaging directly with clients on their most challenging business issues – Identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions
Structuring research and data collection
Working with the business/end users to gather and analyze business requirements and design customer-centric processes.
Shape digital-led transformation strategies working with multi-disciplinary team of business consultants, technologists, and designers.
Providing project management and change management support on large scale transformation projects
Working in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, propose, communicate, and implement various programs.
Preparing business proposals
Leveraging Accenture’s international assets and expertise to bring new ideas to the clients

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
Analysts:
BSc with distinction or honors from a Top University, preferably in business or engineering
MBA from a top Business School will be considered a plus
Relevant business / strategy consulting experience at professional services firms or relevant professional consulting experience within a Resources company will be considered a plus
Good business acumen to find the best way to support key strategic decisions
Strong problem structuring and solving skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones
Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
Strong interest in digital ecosystems
PMO certification will be considered a plus
Consultants:
BSc with distinction or honors from a Top University, preferably in business or engineering
MBA from a top Business School will be considered a plus
Minimum 3 years of relevant, business / strategy consulting experience at professional services firms or relevant professional consulting experience within an Energy/ Utilities/ Resources company
Strong industry or functional knowledge will be considered a plus
Good business acumen to find the best way to support key strategic decisions
Strong problem structuring and solving skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
Demonstrable experience of managing teams of 3-5 people driving consulting work
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Building and developing high-performing teams taking ownership of developing others
Strong interest in digital ecosystems
PMO certification will be considered a plus
