◆職務概要
デジタルマーケティング領域における業務改革・DX推進を目的としたWebアプリケーション・デジ タル施策のフロントエンド開発を担います。単なるWebサイト制作やコーディングに留まらず、クラ イアントの業務プロセスを理解した上で、課題整理、要件定義、設計、実装、運用改善まで一気通貫で価値提供。フロントエンドを軸としつつ、バックエンド・インフラを含むフルスタック領域を手掛けます。クライアントや社内のコンサルタント・ディレクター・デザイナー等と協働し、福岡・東京の拠点横断体制で大規模・複雑性の高い案件にも携わります。
◆具体的な仕事内容
・React / Next.js / TypeScript 等を用いたWebアプリケーションの設計・開発
・要件定義、基本設計（業務理解、課題整理、改善提案、画面/機能要件策定） ・バックエンド（例：Java / Python / PHP 等）やDBと連携した実装（API連携を含む）
・品質向上（パフォーマンス、アクセシビリティ、セキュリティ、テスト等）の設計および改善
・業務効率化・自動化の提案および実装（例：VBA / GAS / Power Platform / RPA 等）
・業務分析、自動化要件定義、運用定着化支援、必要に応じた移管に向けた業務整理
・ディレクター・デザイナー・コンサルタント等との協働、見積・工数算出、進行上の技術支援
・（案件により）新サービス/新機能開発における企画・設計フェーズからの参画、テクニカルデ ィレクション
◆必須要件
・React / Next.js / TypeScript 等のモダンフロントエンド技術を用いた実務経験（目安2年以上）
・バックエンド開発経験（Java / Python / PHP 等、フレームワーク利用を含む）およびDBを扱 った開発経験（目安1年以上）
・クライアントまたは社内の業務プロセスを理解し、課題を整理・言語化した経験
・バックエンド・インフラを含むフルスタック領域へキャリアを広げていきたいご志向
◆歓迎要件
・業務自動化/効率化の実務経験（VBA / GAS / Power Apps / Power Automate / RPA 等）
・Python（データ処理・自動化・スクリプティング等）の実務経験 ※TypeScriptとPythonの両方 を扱える方は特に歓迎
・API設計、認証/認可、セキュア開発に関する知識・経験
・テスト設計やCI/CDを意識した開発経験 アクセシビリティ（JIS/WCAG等）改善の知見、ユーザビリティ向上の提案経験
・大規模プロジェクトでの開発経験（チーム規模、担当範囲、難易度を説明できること）
・上流工程（要件定義、基本設計等）に関わった経験 チーム開発の経験（レビュー、タスク管理、関係者調整等）
・AI活用やデータ分析等を業務に取り込み、開発生産性/運用を改善した経験
・海外チームやオフショアメンバーとの連携経験
・英語を用いた業務コミュニケーション経験
・CMSを活用した運用設計・改善の経験（単なるテンプレート実装ではなく、業務フローや運用 効率を考慮した設計経験を想定）
