Data Architect
Entrando in Accenture - Supply Chain & Engineering lavorerai al cuore della value chain - dal sourcing e procurement, all'engineering e R&D, dalla manifattura e operations, ai capital projects - per aiutare le aziende a reinventare l'intera catena del valore, alimentata da dati, AI e tecnologie di nuova generazione.
In particolare, lavorerai su progetti di implementazione tecnologica e trasformazione digitale su larga scala, traducendo esigenze di business in software scalabili ad alto impatto operativo, integrando sviluppo software, ingegneria industriale, architettura tecnologica e site reliability, end-to-end.
In questo contesto siamo alla ricerca di un profilo Senior Data Architect che guidi la progettazione e l’evoluzione della nostra architettura dati, prendendo le principali decisioni tecnologiche e strategiche.

Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive:
Sceglierai lo stack tecnologico: valuterai e definirai la soluzione migliore per noi (Databricks vs open source puro con Apache Iceberg, AWS vs Azure vs GCP)
Disegnerai l’architettura: definirai la struttura del Lakehouse (Medallion Architecture, data partitioning, logiche di calcolo distribuito)
Guiderai la governance: imposterai fin dal giorno zero le regole di sicurezza, data lineage e conformità GDPR (Privacy by Design)
Ottimizzerai i costi: progetterai un sistema scalabile, flessibile e sostenibile dal punto di vista del budget cloud
La retribuzione prevista in Accenture viene definita sulla base di molteplici elementi di valutazione, tra cui – ad esempio - il ruolo ricoperto, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze professionali e l’esperienza maturata.
Per la presente posizione, è previsto un livello di inquadramento B3 nel CCNL Metalmeccanico.
La fascia di retribuzione annua lorda prevista è compresa tra 36.906,87€ e 59.100,00€.

Le tue caratteristiche:
Un professionista con solida esperienza nella progettazione di piattaforme dati complesse (Data Lake, Data Warehouse o Lakehouse)
Una persona che conosca a fondo il calcolo distribuito (Apache Spark) e i moderni formati di tabella (Delta Lake, Iceberg o Hudi)
Una figura pragmatica, che non guardi solo alla tecnologia “di moda”, ma all’impatto sul business e all’ottimizzazione dei costi cloud
Ottime capacità comunicative per fare da ponte tra le esigenze del business e lo sviluppo tecnico
Nice to have:
Certificazioni cloud (es. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect)
Certificazioni in ambito data engineering/analytics (es. Databricks Certified Data Engineer, Azure Data Engineer Associate)
