Key Responsibilities:
The Futures & Options (F&O) Client Enablement Associate plays a critical role in supporting electronic execution across Global Markets. This is a front office–facing position, responsible for enabling, onboarding, and supporting Futures & Options clients across the Electronic Trading and Client Connectivity stack.
The role sits at the intersection of clients, trading desks, vendors, and technology teams, ensuring new and existing clients can access F&O electronic trading services reliably, efficiently, and in line with business requirements. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a service oriented mindset and the ability to operate in a fast paced trading environment.

Client Enablement & Connectivity
- Act as a primary point of contact for Futures & Options electronic trading client enablement, supporting both new client onboarding and existing client change requests.
- Gather and analyze requirements from clients, trading desks, and vendors to support new connectivity setups, business flows, and enhancements.
- Manage FIX certifications for new vendor connections and incremental business flows, ensuring timely and high quality delivery.
Testing, Change & Production Readiness
- Implement requested changes in pre production and UAT environments, coordinating and executing testing with clients and external vendors.
- Deploy daily configuration and connectivity changes across the Electronic Trading stack in line with business and change management processes.
- Perform proactive health checks and readiness monitoring to ensure applications and client flows remain stable and production ready.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Electronic Trading Client Enablement, with a strong focus on automation, efficiency, and operational resilience.
- Maintain accurate project level documentation, metrics, and production support procedures.
Cross team Collaboration
- Work closely with development teams to support new functionality, enhancements, and defect remediation.
- Coordinate with network and infrastructure teams to enable connectivity changes (e.g. firewall rules, ports) in non production and production environments.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with global project teams, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and delivery timelines.
Trading Desk Support
- Respond to data requests and queries from Futures & Options trading desks.
- Support business users directly, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability for client issues and enablement outcomes.
- Project Management
- Work within and manage high level projects such as client connection migrations and client wide configuration changes.
**This is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3 days a week in either NYC or Chicago, IL
**This role has mandatory 5 days away per quarter

A minimum of 5 years of industry experience or equivalent in FIX client onboarding, electronic trading connectivity, or client enablement.

High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associate's degree

Strong knowledge of FIX protocol FIX 4.2 and FIX 4.4 .

Solid understanding of Futures and Options products and electronic markets.

Experience working in front office or trading desk facing environments.

Experience with UNIX Linux environments and shell scripting.

Database experience e.g. Oracle Exadata, SQL Server, Sybase . Experience with the BTCS ULLINK and the Trading Technologies TT platforms desirable.

Working knowledge of XML or similar markup languages.

Familiarity with ITIL concepts, including Incident, Change, and Release Management.
