Workplace Solutions is a function ranging from on-site facilities management, executive support services, office services, real estate, and travel to workplace research and development, including Meeting & Events, Archives & Records Management, Business Travel Group, Corporate Housing, Corporate Real Estate, Executive Support Services, Office Services, and Safety & Security.  Workplace Solutions is a very diverse team of professionals with such a wide range of roles, with a wide range of backgrounds and experience. They have in common the ability to communicate well with people at all levels and enthusiasm for solving problems.

As Location Services Analyst, you will execute services in areas of responsibility for our new office in Thessaloniki. You may also oversee the work of team members. The scope may include a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities, delivered at Thessaloniki Premises/across multiple sites. May consist of workspace set-up, A/V, catering, document, switchboard, reception, floor support & other location services. Independently carry out routine tasks according to guidelines and/or under supervision.



  • Leverage Accenture’s business and technology strategies
  • Identify and analyze trends in concepts and technologies as well as process improvements affecting the workplace arena, implementing each as appropriate
  • Oversee the business operations of real estate and workplace-related services, including management and support of financial, operational, and quality metrics
  • Provide leadership and direction in matters related to facility operations and scope/quality of services
  • Plan and manage operations and delivery of services, ensuring operational compliance to policies, budgets, and guidelines and review performance against business objectives
  • Provide space and service support
  • Develop and deliver workplace services and solutions at the right cost to meet business needs
  • Security and safety programs and operations to support the safeguarding of our people and property
  • Real estate portfolio management
  • Executive support
  • Facility and office operations
  • Records Management
  • Fleet Management
  • Manage relations with internal leadership and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage contractual relationships with external service providers.



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in office and facility operations
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry would be considered a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written)
  • Aptitude for customer service
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Time and project management
  • Accuracy in the completion of received tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Work independently, with the ability to seek supervision as needed
  • Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
