You’re an individual. You’re shaped by your background, your interests, your hopes, dreams and ambitions. We know that. We love that.
That’s why we create careers that are as unique as you are and want everyone to be able to follow their own path. When you join Accenture, like everyone else here, you’ll see you can build your own career, supported with a great mix of training and opportunities.
It’s also why we want to give you something that’s individual to you. Click below and you’ll be able to design a tee that suits you, well, to a tee. You could also be in with the chance of winning a prize!
We are Accenture. We work in many different sectors to help businesses, charities and even governments achieve higher performance through the latest technology. We smooth out their processes, improve their customers’ experiences, save them money and increase their productivity.
Although you might not be familiar with us, there’s a good chance you’ve seen our work – after all, we’ve delivered projects for some of the biggest household names around. Take the RBS 6 Nations Official Championship App for instance, or the biometric passport readers at the gates of Heathrow Airport. We work with the very latest technologies and many of the projects we work on change the world. That’s why our people tend to get excited when they talk about their careers.

If you’re ready for the world of work, have a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn, then our Apprenticeship scheme could be right up your street.
We don’t ask for any specific qualifications; a bright mind, the motivation to succeed and the ability to think logically will set you apart here. However, if you join us with prior A Level or Level 3 qualifications you will have the chance to move straight into the degree level qualification, please refer to each programme section for full details.
Overall, you’ll be keen to increase your knowledge, learn more about our industry and reach your full potential. And, as you’ll be studying for qualifications whilst you’re working you’ll need a strong work ethic and be happy to use some of your personal time to invest in your learning.
In addition, we look for people with great communication skills and an inquisitive mind. It’s also important that you can work well as part a team and have a “can do” attitude.
As an apprentice, you’ll be rewarded from day one. You’ll be doing real work – so we’ll pay you a real salary too. And, after three or four years of classroom and on-the-job learning, you’ll have earned yourself a professional qualification and possibly the chance of a full-time job with us.
If you’re ready to apply, you can get started here by sending your CV with a brief overview of your experience, as well as a covering note outlining why you’re interested in the scheme. To complete the application, draw on your experience from all kinds of areas (school, hobbies, sports, part-time work).
Impress us with your application, and we’ll invite you to take part in an online interview or a face to face interview. During this we’ll take you through a series of questions that are designed to see if you’ve got the skills that you’ll need for the role. Of course, we know you won’t already have this kind of work experience, but try to think of examples from different areas of your life that demonstrate the skills we’re looking for. Perhaps you’ve had a leadership position on a sports team, or have been involved with technology at school.
The final stage involves a trip to our office. This will give you the chance to meet some of our team, find out more about what we do and whether we’re the right fit. At the end of this session, there’ll be a group exercise and a one-to-one interview. If it looks like we’re a good match after this, we’ll invite you to join the scheme.
