Calypso Consultant / Senior Calypso Consultant
About the Role
At Accenture, we are looking for experienced Calypso Consultants to join strategic technology transformation programs within the Capital Markets and Financial Services sector. You will work on complex initiatives that help leading financial institutions modernize their technology landscape, optimize operations, and drive business value.
As part of multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to key business and technical decisions, leveraging your expertise in the Calypso platform to design, implement, and enhance innovative solutions across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in business and technology transformation projects from inception through implementation.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and effective solutions.
- Define project scope and gather functional and technical requirements.
- Produce detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and solution designs.
- Coordinate and support the implementation and integration of Calypso-based solutions.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support change management initiatives and user adoption activities.
- Apply strong functional and technical expertise in Capital Markets environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with the Calypso platform.
- Experience within Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets environments.
- Strong understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Experience delivering functional and/or technical implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Calypso Accounting.
- Knowledge of Java development.
- Experience in business analysis and stakeholder management.
- Background in large-scale transformation, integration, or modernization programs.
- Ability to coordinate workstreams and contribute to project leadership activities.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
