Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with French
Join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment services while partnering closely with stakeholders and client teams. This role combines senior-level recruiting expertise with strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management responsibilities.
Job location: Bucharest and/or Brasov | Hybrid | Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00
Your mission:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing to offer management;
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and client teams, providing guidance on recruiting strategies and market insights;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure an excellent recruitment experience;
- Drive effective communication and collaboration across multiple parties throughout the hiring process;
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and timely delivery of recruitment activities.
Required Qualifications:
- French - B2 level & English - B2 level;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an end-to-end recruitment environment;
- Experience managing relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and client-facing teams;
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience providing recruitment guidance and consultation to business stakeholders;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an international or shared services environment;
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends;
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
