Insurance Officer with French
Join an operations team supporting a leading banking organization, where you will manage insurance and banking-related customer requests, review documentation, and communicate with customers in French. The role combines operational processing, case analysis, and customer support while ensuring compliance with established procedures and SLAs.
Job location: Bucharest | Hybrid | Full-time | Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Your mission:
Manage and resolve customer requests received through the ticketing system.
Review and validate customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established requirements.
Communicate with customers via email in French to request additional information or provide updates.
Process insurance and banking-related cases while adhering to agreed SLAs and internal procedures.
Escalate complex cases when necessary and adapt to process changes and new workflows.
Required Qualifications:

French - B2 level | English - B2 level

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 6 months of professional experience

Ability to follow and consistently apply detailed procedures

Attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and customer information

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple request types and priorities simultaneously

Good written communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in insurance, banking operations, customer service, or back-office processing environments

Experience working with ticketing systems and SLA-driven processes
