Pega CSSA Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using the Pega platform.
- Own assigned integrations from analysis through production deployment.
- Participate in technical and functional design discussions.
- Support UAT activities and troubleshoot defects.
- Monitor integrations, interfaces, logs, and system events.
- Maintain and enhance existing services and platform configurations.
- Apply DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and version control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support knowledge sharing initiatives.
Required
- 2-4 years of experience working with the Pega platform.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with SQL/PLSQL and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with XML technologies (XSD, XSLT, XQuery, XPath).
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
Preferred
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Git, automated testing).
- Experience using GenAI tools for documentation and development support.
- Knowledge of Pega integration capabilities such as Connect REST/SOAP, Data Pages, and Services.
