Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the gross base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed: Analyst: 1710 - 4200 EUR gross; Senior Analyst: 2100 - 4700 EUR gross
Key responsibilities:
Build and evolve client-facing web applications using the Mendix low-code platform, from initial requirements through to production deployment
Collaborate directly with clients to translate business needs into working software — fast, iteratively, and with minimal handoff overhead
Design and implement both frontend UI components and backend logic, including integrations with external APIs and data sources
Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, standups, reviews — as a contributing developer on cross-functional teams
Take ownership of features end-to-end: architecture decisions, implementation, testing, and monitoring in live environments
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience building web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks — React, Vue, Angular, or Node.js
Hands-on familiarity with the Mendix platform and its core capabilities; Mendix certification is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of the full SDLC — from requirements gathering and architecture through testing, deployment, and production monitoring
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical clients and keep projects moving without ambiguity
Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment where trust, responsiveness, and delivery pace matter as much as technical skill
Due to project requirements, candidates must currently hold EU work permit and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer
