We are looking for recent graduates for our 6-month Accenture Financial Services Technology Trainee Program at our Helsinki office. We are looking for trainees to join our banking and insurance practices.
Accenture Financial Services Technology Unit is part of the Accenture’s global capability network and we serve several clients in the Nordics and globally. Financial Services Technology is in the intersection of business and technology. We have both techies and business-oriented people in the team. You’ll get access to Accenture’s vast knowledge base and experienced colleagues to help you to grow to next level on your professional career.
Accenture Technology Trainee Program is a program through which you start your career at Accenture Technology. Through the program, you’ll have opportunities to develop your skills and find your place in the banking tech world. You’ll work on client projects and grow your professional expertise through tailored training sessions focused on Financial Services industry knowledge, Business analysis skills and Accenture’s own methodology for project work. This program will include regular meetings with mentors and peers, to support you in your journey.
How to succeed as a trainee at Accenture Technology?
As a Banking or Insurance Trainee, you will be part of teams in our client engagements. Your main goal is to help our clients to succeed in their initiatives. We do not expect you to know everything or have years of experience – the right attitude, ability to learn and knowledge of relevant tools will get you started. You might also be a career changer with experience from a specific industry that we work with. We only have a few wishes:

A relevant master's degree.

Strong readiness and enthusiasm to learn and develop your own skills.

Creativity and sensitivity to identify solutions and be a collaborative problem solver.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.

Fluent skills in a Nordic language is an advantage.

You are willing to contribute and collaborate with the team onsite.
