Introduction
At Accenture, we are looking for a highly accomplished SAP Utilities Transmission & Distribution (T&D) expert to strengthen our Utilities practice. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the utilities industry, a proven track record in strategic advisory roles, and deep expertise in SAP Utilities—particularly within Transmission & Distribution, Plant Maintenance, EAM, and Work Management.
This role requires strong architectural expertise, the ability to influence and partner with C‑Suite stakeholders, and extensive experience driving SAP S/4HANA Utilities transformations, including innovations based on SAP BTP, AI/ML, Cloud solutions, and complex GIS and MM process integrations.
We are seeking a visionary leader capable of shaping strategic roadmaps, designing scalable future‑oriented SAP architectures, managing large-scale programs, and guiding clients through impactful transformation journeys in the Utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities
Advise C‑Suite stakeholders on SAP Utilities T&D strategy and transformation initiatives.
Lead RFPs, proposals, and business development activities for major Utilities programs.
Design end‑to‑end SAP IS‑U / S/4HANA Utilities architectures, including GIS and MM integrations.
Oversee delivery of SAP Utilities projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Drive thought leadership, mentor teams, and represent Accenture in industry events and forums.
Necessary Knowledge / Skills
Extensive Utilities industry background with deep SAP IS‑U and S/4HANA Utilities expertise.
Strong command of T&D processes, Plant Maintenance, EAM, Work Management, and related integrations.
Proven leadership in large-scale SAP transformation programs and architecture roles.
Experience in advisory engagements, RFP leadership, and solution design.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement capabilities.
