We are looking for Applied AI Automation Engineer to join our diverse team of professionals. In this role, you will design and implement AI-powered automations for our Nordic and Global clients that drive real business & customer value. This is a hands-on role for someone who learns quickly, can translate business problems into automation solutions, and is comfortable working in client-facing role. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to meaningful advancements in automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build automation flows using primarily low-code tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, AWS SageMaker Canvas, Google Vertex AI Studio, or similar.

  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain solutions in cloud environments, while contributing to CI/CD pipeline improvements.

  • Enhance retrieval mechanisms, caching strategies, and error-handling components.

  • Integrate low-code solutions with Python micro-services (FastAPI) for complex logic and LLM integration.

  • Use SDKs to call language models and manage JSON payloads.

  • Assist with demos, workshops, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions

Basic Qualifications

  • Practical experience building flows in at least one automation platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AWS, GCP, n8n etc.).

  • Comfortable with light scripting, preferably 1-3 years of coding experience with Python

  • Familiarity with LLMs/embeddings (projects/labs).

  • Comfortable with Git and basic cloud CLI tooling.

  • Ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly

  • Strong client communication skills and ability to capture business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams integrations; custom connectors.

  • Experience with AWS Step Functions, Google Cloud Workflows, Azure Logic Apps, n8n, or Make.com for orchestration.

  • Basic RAG concepts; prompt design fundamentals.

  • LangChain (intro) and vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search).

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams

Professional Skills

  • Explorer mindset; proactive problem-solving and willingness to experiment, can-do attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required. Finnish is optional but advantageous.
