De rol
Als Manager Technology Strategy & Advisory adviseer je C‑level leiders binnen de Nederlandse publieke sector en zorg — van de centrale overheid en Defensie tot ziekenhuizen, gemeenten en zorgverzekeraars. Je helpt hen de digitale transformatie te versnellen, terwijl je vertrouwen, weerbaarheid en maatschappelijke waarde waarborgt.
Je leidt impactvolle initiatieven op het gebied van digitale overheid, cloud‑ en datamodernisering, AI, cyberweerbaarheid en duurzame IT — en vertaalt strategie naar concrete, meetbare resultaten.
Wat ga je doen
• Optreden als vertrouwde adviseur voor senior executives op het gebied van technologiegedreven transformatie
• Ontwikkelen en realiseren van digitale strategieën, operating models en transformatieroadmaps
• Leiden en laten groeien van hoogpresterende teams op het snijvlak van business, technologie en data
• Klanten helpen waarde te halen uit cloud, data, AI en moderne platformen
• Thought leadership opbouwen en bijdragen aan de groei van onze Technology Strategy & Advisory‑praktijk

Kwalificaties
• Masterdiploma
• Aantoonbare ervaring binnen een consultancy, in technologiestrategie en/of grootschalige digitale/technologische transformaties
• Aantoonbare affiniteit met Digital/IT/Technologie
• Ervaring met het ondersteunen van klanten in de zorg en/of publieke sector
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
Pré (nice to have)
• Kennis van Nederlandse publieke kaders zoals NORA, RORA, GEMMA, BIO en ENSI
• Certificeringen zoals TOGAF, SAFe of Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Kennis van zorg‑IT of digitale overheidsinitiatieven
