We are currently looking for a Sales Lead to drive the sales process and grow a profitable pipeline through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure within Business Process Services. Sales Leads manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise while developing relationships with key buyers and decision makers at new and/or existing clients.

Work you will do:

  • Sell business process services/offerings that address a client need
  • Listen to the client and understand challenges and problem statement to tailor our value proposition
  • Share a compelling story with clients for how Accenture will partner with them to achieve the value they desire
  • Provide solutions to complex business problems
  • Set strategic direction for your area of responsibility, including the type of opportunities to pursue and the appropriate approach to use for each
  • Build commercial and pricing construct and work with our financial department to shape the winning & competitive proposition
  • Influence senior leadership at the client and/or within Accenture
  • Negotiate complex terms and conditions while demonstrate we are easy to work with
  • Collaborate with the Accenture network in bringing the best we have to offer to the client
  • Make the tough decisions in doing what’s right for the client and Accenture

Qualifications

You are proficient in:

  • Selling Business Process Services or Outsourcing
  • Experience selling to one or more of these industries; Products, Resources and/or Financial Services
  • Experience working with sales that cover solution with on-/near-/offshore delivery.
  • Experience of originating and closing large opportunities;
  • Experience of working on large and complex contracts within the professional service sector
  • Exposure to developing client relationships with key stakeholders (including senior stakeholders) during a sales cycle
  • Experience in planning, structuring and writing client proposals
  • Strong understanding of commercial concepts and principles for  large opportunities, for example  (but not limited to) pricing mechanisms, payment terms and performance frameworks/regimes
  • Experience negotiating large contracts, understanding key legal concepts and working with legal and contract management teams
  • Experience in leading and managing an opportunity team to deliver high quality and timely sales proposals
