Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software components with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Experience with SAP IBP modules including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to design and implement custom enhancements within the SAP IBP environment.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern software frameworks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
